Customers shall be responsable for shipping which is 3% of the subtotal. Packages will be shipped via UPS ground shipping.

Ground mail- an order shipped ground mail will be delivered in 4-8 business days if we receive it before 3:00 p.m ET.

UPS 3 day- an order shipped via UPS 3 day will be delivered to most addresses by the end of the third business day if we receive it before 3:00 p.m ET.

UPS next day air- An order shipped via UPS Next Day Air will be delivered to most addresses by the end of the next business day if we receive it before 3:00 p.m ET.

Please note: UPS does not deliver on weekends

Returns- All returns must be made within 15 days of shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged items must be carefully repacked and unused with return label attached to the package. If you received the goods damaged please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.

Your return will be credited to the credit card used.

You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account. Please note It may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
